This clip of Andrew Bird appearing on Jack's Big Music Show as Dr. Stringz is absolutely adorable. And the song's pretty catchy too, even if it was written for an audience no older than seven. Too cute.

This show's totally cute. Wasn't John Stewart recently on too? Anyway, I've sat through my share of children's programming lately, and this is one of the few I think I could actually stomach on a regular basis. I don't know how parents do it...
